Bancroft Place
Built in 1909, this grand Edwardian townhouse lies on one of the most architecturally interesting streets in Washington, D.C.
Brook Rose Development completely restored the home, carefully reworking the floorplan to create a grand and luxurious living suite, comprised of a large bedroom and a visually dazzling bathroom and dressing area.
A second bathroom was added on the upper level to allow for greater livability. The home was artfully re-stored while maintaining its original architectural essence.
To assist with navigating the home’s 4-levels, an elegant period-style elevator was added in the rear of the home, allowing easy access to all floors.
